Return and Refund Policy

Trial and cancellation

Eligible users receive three trial analyses without a card. Subscriptions can be cancelled through Stripe. Cancellation stops a future renewal while paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Technical failures

A confirmed system failure normally restores the affected analysis automatically. A valid no-setup result, disagreement with an AI interpretation or an unreadable user screenshot is not automatically a technical failure.

Subscriptions and additional packs

Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Outside those rights, completed analyses and expired allowance are normally non-refundable. A refund for an additional pack revokes its unused analyses; analyses already consumed remain recorded.

How to request help

Cancel subscriptions through Manage subscription in your Candelyze account. For refunds, contact Candelyze support with the purchase reference. Stripe processes approved refunds. Never send full payment-card details to Candelyze.
